How does Cheap2x Buyer Protection work?
When you pay for an order, your money is NOT sent to the seller. It is held in escrow by the platform. The seller only receives the funds after you confirm the item works, or after the protection window passes without a dispute. If something is wrong, you open a dispute and our team resolves it — including refunding you.
What happens if the product doesn't work?
Open a dispute from your order page within the protection window. The seller must respond, and our support team reviews the evidence from both sides. If the item is faulty or not as described, you get your money back.
When does the seller get paid?
Only after delivery is confirmed. Funds from your order sit in escrow (the seller sees them as 'pending') and are released to the seller's available balance after you confirm receipt or the order completes without a dispute.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by PayPal over an SSL-encrypted connection. Cheap2x never sees or stores your card details.
How fast is delivery?
Most items are auto-delivered to your account within seconds of payment. Manual-delivery items show their delivery time on the product page, and the escrow protects you until you have the item in hand.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are credited back to your Cheap2x wallet immediately, and our refund policy gives you up to 30 days for items that don't work as described.
